We offer monthly service to many of our great customers.

Our monthly lawn sprinkler system & drip irrigation system service includes the following:

Lawn sprinkler valves - leaks, operation, diaphragm, solenoid

Lawn sprinkler heads - leaks, operation, spray patterns, coverage, nozzles

Lawn sprinkler timer - operation, timer adjustments

Drip irrigation emitters, bubblers, shrubblers - emitting properly, clogged, missing

Drip irrigation water usage - ensure that plants are getting the appropriate ammount of water

During our monthly checks we will adjust the timers/controllers for you at no additional cost if you want the watering times changed.

If during our monthly checks we find something that needs repairs, you will not be charged a service call fee.

The monthly service fee covers you for 1 hour of labor. So if the repairs are done in under 1 hour, you only pay for parts (which are discounted).

Monthly service customers receive 10% off labor and 10% off parts at all times, not just during the monthly service check up.

During the monthly check up we will inspect the above as well as make any adjustments needed, such as adjusting your lawn sprinkler heads for coverage.

If during the monthly service check up repairs are needed, we will always call and ask you first.

Flagging:

Are you going to install your lawn sprinkler system yourself? Need help deciding where to put the heads?

We can come out and flag your yard for you. We will put flags where you need lawn sprinkler heads.

We will color code the zones with colored flags so you know what lawn sprinkler heads go together.

Brown Spots & Adjustments:

Do you have brown spots in your lawn?

We can come out and inspect your coverage and adjust your lawn sprinkler heads to get better area coverage and eliminate those unsightly spots in your yard.

HOA, Apartment Complexes & Office Buildings

Pressure Problems & Coverage:

Can your coverage problems not be fixed by adjusting your lawn sprinkler heads? Are your sprinkler heads too far apart?

Don't dig up your lawn, re-run pipe, install new heads and hope you have enough pressure for another head.

Let us come out and put some low pressure nozzles on your system. They put out half the water but spray twice as far! You will just have to water twice as long, but if you do the math you are puting out the same amount of water without having to dig up your yard!

Drip System Upgrades:

Tired of your flag emitters clogging? Are the animals chewing through your 1/4" lines?

Have us come out and inspect your drip irrigation system. We can upgrade all of your flag emitters to no clog drip irrigation emitters.

We can even uprade your drip system so the critters can chew on your lines all they want, but they won't be able to cause you any more problems.
