Are synthetic lawns good with kids & pets? Absolutley - they are perfect. Natural grass lawns are difficult to keep looking nice with frequent play by children and pets. Our system will always look perfect and withstand heavy useage. The synthetic turf fibers are made of materials that will not absorb or retain pet odors or waste. The drainage holes in will allow rain and other liquids to pass through easilly. |
Will the synthetic lawn fade under our Arizona sun? Our synthetic lawn turfs carry a 7-year warranty against excessive fading. The synthetic lawn blades have a UV treatment mixed with the polyethylene when they are created. With our synthetic turf you do not need to apply any type of UV treatment, unlike some turf that other companies will sell you. |

How long will the synthetic lawn/turf last? Our synthetic lawns and turfs have a 7-year limited warranty. Under normal residential conditions the life expectancy is 15-25 years! |
What kind of maintenance if required for synthetic turf? A light raking (plastic) or brooming (soft bristle) is recommended on a periodic basis to keep the blades standing nicely and looking their best. If the lawn is primarily used for decorative purposes (light traffic), then the brooming or raking frequency will be much less. |

Costs Each installation is different and that is why we are happy to come out and give you a free estimate at any time. We only use the best turf available. The cheap turf will only cause you problems and grief later. DON'T GET THE CHEAP STUFF! If you are going to spend the money to save money you might as well do it RIGHT the first time. Our technician that comes to give you your free estimate will be there when your grass is installed. We do not sell it and have the wharehouse install it. Your estimator will be installing your grass. That way you know who you are dealing with and have a much more pleasant experience. |
